2018年8月9日，印度商工部發布公告稱，應印度四家不銹鋼管生產商協會Stainless Steel Pipe And Tubes Manufacturer Association、New Delhi and Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes Manufacturers Association, Ahmedabad、South India Stainless Steel Pipe And Tubes Manufacturer Association和Haryana Stainless Steel Pipe And Tube manufacturer Association聯合提交的申請，對原產于或進口自中國和越南的焊接不銹鋼管（Welded Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes）進行反補貼立案調查，補貼調查期為2017年4月~2018年3月（12個月），損害調查期為2014年~2015年、2015年~2016年、2016年~2017年以及本補貼調查期。涉案產品的海關編碼為73064000、73066110、73061100和 73062100。

利益相關方應于本公告發布之日起40日內向印度商工部反傾銷局提交本次調查有關信息的紙質版文件。
